Returns & Exchanges
As the owner of Dark Moon Merchant, I will do everything I can to make sure that you are happy with your order at my shops. You can submit your refund/exchange within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If there is any reason that you want to make a return or an exchange, please read the FAQ below and visit the contact page to post your request.
Steps:
- Check below to see which items do not qualify for a return or exchange
- It can take several days for your refund to be processed
- Refunds will be returned to the original funding source within 30 days per card holder agreement
- If your account is flagged in the system for fraud or return/exchange abuse you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund
What Items Are Not Qualified For A Return?
These are the items that DO NOT qualify for a return or exchange:
- Products that are consumable: OILS, INCENSE and CANDLES
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels or missing parts
- Items sold at the time of sale that were discounted
- Overseas Shipments
How To Start A Return:
Visit the contact page to post your information. You will need your name, email and order number, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be sent return instructions, label. Please return with your packing slip included with your order, and in original packaging. If you do not have a printer you can also be mailed a return label.
Follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return, totally FREE:
- Attach your shipping label to your return
- Include your packing slip
- Drop off your return at a USPS, UPS, or FEDEX location depending on your label. Use Google Maps for your closest, most convenient location.
How Do I Send Back My Return From Outside The USA?
Products shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for a return at this time. You may still qualify for a refund if your package is damaged in transit.
Dark Moon Merchant is not responsible for the handling of your items by carriers such as the United States Postal Service, FEDEX and UPS, but we do properly label our packages as fragile if necessary. Large shipments and Priority shipping is automatically covered by insurance from these carriers.
